In the course of this loan a whole lot of paperwork has been gone through. For a start there were about 4 or five different versions of the object list until we got a final, final version to work with.

Once we got a final list Cat spent a weekend on the snazzy new laptop Cat had gotten that week and made the image bible. This was a useful too with an image of every object we were lending along with details of when and how long they had been lent before, whether they had been photographed and how the borrower’s wanted to display them. This is essential information we need to find out for every object that goes on loan.
